I love this movie and the music for it. They got current artists to rework the old songs and it came out really well.

I don't know the first one, but I'm indifferent to the Huey Lewis song. He doesn't really do much for me.
Some of the songs from the musical Ain't Misbehavin' always cheer me up/make me happy.
Thinking more about this, I have a lot of music that brings a smile to my face when I hear it. Other songs have silly memories associated with them (It's Raining Men, for one) that make me happy.
Music in general makes me happy though.

I'm one of those "weird" people who like listening to the radio. I like the randomness of the music choices. Yeah, I listen to my iPod on random most of the time too. Anyway, a while ago , (Nov '04, wow!) a friend told me about this online station he likes a lot. Radio Paradise . They play a very eclectic mix of stuff. I really like listening to them most of the time*. My 60G of music keeps waiting patiently for the day when the Intarweb is not happy so I listen to it instead. :)
Anyway, if where you work allows you to listen to streaming music, check it out. There are no commercials - just occasional requests for donations and offers of t-shirts and hats for sale. Very low-keyed.
My sweetie has XM Radio but I find that I don't like to just listen to one type of music.
What would your perfect radio station play?
* I'm one of those people who always has music on. When I'm working, reading, sleeping.
