If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live? Why?

I would live exactly where I am now (maybe a different apartment, but definitely I am staying Boston-local).
Why:
1) I live near my niece.
2) I live nearer to my family (in NJ).
3) I live with the best roommate evah.
4) I live near my sweetheart.
Everything I want and need is here.

My niece. And through her, I got my brother back...
See, my brother and I hadn't been close for years, many many years. And it seemed unlikely to change. And then my niece was born and he called that morning to tell me. Our relationship has been much better since then. Yes, we had some issues to work out (and probably still have some), but I see them regularly and we're all very happy about it.
There's been a lot going on with my family lately (1, 2) and it's causing them to not make it to MA this weekend for their every other month visit. It's important for them to rest up and heal, but I'm sad that I won't see them until July.
But I will get to see this little munchkin turn 3 this weekend so that helps. :)

Going to the lake with family and friends in the summer. My cousin(?) opened a place in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and we'd go there and have a wonderful time there.
I have no idea if that place is still around (probably not) but what a great way to spend summers.
She is the one of the biggest reasons I was ready to move from Colorado. Plus I missed my parents too, but who can resist this face? (My dad and stepmom came up to visit this weekend and they took 101 photos. I won't upload them all but there are a few I've added tonight.
